写Goo！撮影画像データダウンロードサービスご利用上の注意

株式会社DNPフォトイメージングジャパン（以下「当社」）が提供する写Goo！撮影画像データダウンロードサービスの利用にあたっては、以下の事項にご注意ください。

1. ダウンロードにはプリントに記載された情報（QRコードまたはURL、およびパスコードの両方）が必要です。万一プリントを紛失された場合、お問い合わせは受けられないのでご了承ください。
2. ダウンロードサービスには、有効期間・回数制限があります。
   有効期間：撮影日より7日間
   回数制限：１枚あたり30回まで
3. 本サービスの通信にかかる通信料（パケット料金等）はお客様の負担となります。
4. 専用サイトは以下の環境での動作確認を行っております。
   【対応ブラウザ】
   iOS ver18 以上対応Safari最新版
   Android ver 15 以上対応Chrome最新版
   Microsoft Edgeには正式に対応しておりません。
5. 当社ネットワークや専用サイトの不具合等によりダウンロードサービスが利用できなかった場合、当社はお客様から受領した代金を上限として責任を負います。
6. データダウンロードサービスのご利用にあたり、法律の範囲内において自己責任でご利用ください。

株式会社DNPフォトイメージングジャパンが提供する写Goo！撮影画像データダウンロードサービスにおける個人情報の取扱いについては、以下の事項をご確認ください。

① 撮影画像データのダウンロードサービス提供のため
② お問合せに対応するため

① 及び②の目的で、以下の個人情報を撮影画像データダウンロード用サーバに送信いたします。
撮影画像データ、ダウンロード用QRコード及びパスコード
※撮影画像データダウンロード用サーバの管理を委託することがあります。
※パスコードの入力に不備があった場合、撮影画像データのダウンロードができません。

【年齢制限】
16さいよりちいさいおこさまは、おとうさん・おかあさんといっしょにつかってください。

ShaGoo! Photo Image Data Download Service Terms of Use

Please review the following before using the ShaGoo! Photo Image Data Download Service provided by DNP Photo Imaging Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

1. To download images, you will need the information printed on your photo (the QR code or URL, and the passcode).
   Please note that we will not be able to respond to inquiries if the printed photo is lost.
   The download service is subject to a validity period and usage limits.
   
   Validity Period: 7 days from the date of shooting
   Download Limit: Up to 30 times per image
2. Any communication fees (such as data charges) incurred while using this service shall be borne by the customer.
3. The dedicated download site has been tested in the following environments:
   [Recommended Browsers]
   iOS 18 or later: latest version of Safari
   Android 15 or later: latest version of Chrome
   Microsoft Edge is not officially supported.
4. If the download service cannot be used due to failures in the Company’s network or the dedicated site, the Company’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer.
5. Please use this service at your own responsibility within the scope of applicable laws.

Handling of Personal Information

Please review the following regarding the handling of personal information in this service.

(2) To respond to inquiries

For the purposes above, the following personal information will be transmitted to the server used for image data downloads:
Photo image data, download QR code, and passcode

* Management of the server may be outsourced.
* If the passcode is entered incorrectly, the image data cannot be downloaded.
* Personal information will not be provided to third parties.
