利用規約・プライバシーポリシー

このアプリケーション・プライバシーポリシー（以下、「本プライバシーポリシー」といいます。）は、利用者がスマートフォンに保存されている写真画像の中からプリントしたい写真画像を選択し、株式会社DNPフォトイメージングジャパン（以下｢当社｣といいます。）が提供するセルフプリント機PrintRush(プリントラッシュ)（以下、「PrintRush」といいます。） へWi-Fi経由で送信するための当社が提供するアプリケーション「Play!Photo」（以下、「本アプリケーション」といいます。）における利用者情報の取扱いを定めるものです。

第１条（定義）

「利用者」とは、本アプリケーション及び本アプリケーションがインストールされているスマートフォンを利用する全ての者をいいます。

第２条（取得する利用者情報の項目、利用目的、取得方法、外部送信、第三者提供）

１．本アプリケーションは、次の各号に掲げる利用目的のため、以下の利用者情報を取得します。

(1) 写真画像を選択し、Wi-Fi設定により指定したネットワークに接続されたPrintRushにWi-Fi経由で安全に転送するため

  • 写真画像（自動取得）
  • ワンタイムパスワード（入力により取得）

(2) 動画から写真画像を切り出し、保存するため

  • 動画（自動取得）
  • 写真画像（自動取得）

(3) 利用者が選択した写真画像の情報を本アプリケーション内部に保持するため

  • 本アプリケーションの利用履歴（自動取得）
  • 写真画像（自動取得）

(4) Wi-Fi設定において利用者が指定可能であるネットワークの情報を表示するため

  • 利用者の位置情報（自動取得）

２．本アプリケーションは、情報収集モジュールの組み込みはありません。

第３条（同意取得の方法）

本アプリケーションは、本プライバシーポリシーをご確認いただき、内容をご理解したうえでご利用ください。

本アプリケーション初回起動時に、本プライバシーポリシーについて同意を求めます。ご同意いただけない場合は、本アプリケーションをご利用できません。

尚、本プライバシーポリシーは本アプリケーションのメニューからも確認することが出来ます。

第４条（利用者関与の方法）

本アプリケーションによる利用者情報の利用停止を希望される場合は、本アプリケーションを削除（アンインストール）して下さい。

第５条（個人情報保護方針（プライバシーポリシー）等へのリンク）

当社の個人情報保護方針（プライバシーポリシー）は、以下のURLよりご確認ください。

本プライバシーポリシーは改定することがあります。利用目的、第三者提供など、重要な変更がある場合には、あらためて同意を取得します。

This application privacy policy (hereinafter, “this privacy policy”) specifies the handling of user information in the smartphone photo image Wi-Fi transfer application, Play!Photo (hereinafter, “this application”), provided by DNP Photo Imaging Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “the Company”). Play!Photo allows the user to select photo images to be printed from those stored in the user's smartphone and transfer them to the self-service printer, PrintRush (hereinafter, “PrintRush”), provided by the Company, via Wi-Fi.

Article 1 (Definitions)

“User” refers to all people who use this application and who have this application installed in their smartphones.

Article 2 (Items, Purpose of Use, Acquisition Method, External Transmission, and Provision to Third Parties Concerning Obtained Information)

1. This application obtains the following user information for the purposes described in the respective items shown below.

(1) To select and safely transfer photo images to PrintRush, which is connected to a network specified by the Wi-Fi settings, via Wi-Fi

  • Photo image (obtained automatically)
  • One Time Password (obtained by input)

(2) To extract still photo images from movies and store them

  • Movie (obtained automatically)
  • Photo image (obtained automatically)

(3) To maintain information of photo images selected by the user in this application

  • Usage history of this application (obtained automatically)
  • Photo image (obtained automatically)

(4) To display the connectable Wi-Fi information

  • Location information (obtained automatically)

2. This application does not contain any built-in module for collecting information.

Article 3 (Consent Acquisition Method)

Be sure to use this application after reading and understanding this privacy policy.
This application will require consent of the user to this privacy policy when it is run for the first time. Without consent, this application cannot be used.
This privacy policy can also be viewed from the menu of this application.

Article 4 (User Involvement Method)

In order to terminate use of user information by this application, delete (uninstall) this application.
