撮影画像データダウンロードサービスご利用上の注意

株式会社DNPフォトイメージングジャパン（以下「当社」）が提供する撮影画像データダウンロードサービスの利用にあたっては、以下の事項にご注意ください。

  1. ダウンロードにはプリントに記載された情報（QRコードまたはURL、およびパスコードの両方）が必要です。万一プリントを紛失された場合、お問い合わせは受けられないのでご了承ください。
  2. ダウンロードサービスには、有効期間・回数制限があります。
    有効期間：撮影日より7日間
    回数制限：１枚あたり30回まで
  3. 本サービスの通信にかかる通信料（パケット料金等）はお客様の負担となります。
  4. 専用サイトは以下の環境での動作確認を行っております。
    【対応ブラウザ】
    iOS ver8 以上対応Safari最新版
    Android ver 4.1(Jelly Bean) 以上対応Chrome最新版
    Microsoft Edgeには正式に対応しておりません。
  5. 当社ネットワークや専用サイトの不具合等によりダウンロードサービスが利用できなかった場合、当社はお客様から受領した代金を上限として責任を負います。
  6. データダウンロードサービスのご利用にあたり、法律の範囲内において自己責任でご利用ください。

個人情報の取り扱いについて

株式会社DNPフォトイメージングジャパンが提供する撮影画像データダウンロードサービスにおける個人情報の取扱いについては、以下の事項をご確認ください。

【利用目的・委託】
① 撮影画像データのダウンロードサービス提供のため
② お問合せに対応するため

① 及び②の目的で、以下の個人情報を撮影画像データダウンロード用サーバに送信いたします。
撮影画像データ、ダウンロード用QRコード及びパスコード
※撮影画像データダウンロード用サーバの管理を委託することがあります。
※パスコードの入力に不備があった場合、撮影画像データのダウンロードができません。

【年齢制限】
１２さいよりちいさいおこさまは、おとうさん・おかあさんといっしょにつかってください。

Terms of Use

Customers making use of the photograph data download service provided by DNP Photo Imaging Japan Co., Ltd. (our Company, below) agree to the following terms of service.

  1. To make use of the download service, a printed passcode and QR code or URL is required. In the event the printed information is lost, please note that inquiries regarding the recovery of the information are not accepted.
  2. The download service is available for a limited time period, and limited number of downloads.
    Download available until: 7 days after taking photograph
    Download limit: 30 times per photograph
  3. Transmission fees (packet charges, etc.) necessary for download are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. The proprietary site has been confirmed compatible with the operating environments listed below.

    iOS ver. 8 or greater, latest Safari version
    Android ver. 4.1 (Jelly Bean) or greater, latest Chrome version
    Microsoft Edge is not officially supported.
  5. In the event the download service is not available for use due to a company network or website malfunction, the company will return to you up to a maximum of what you paid for the photo service.
  6. Please ensure you take responsibility to use the download service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Notes on personal information management

Please note the following terms under which DNP Photo Imaging Japan Co., Ltd. manages personal information as part of its photograph data download service.

[Purpose of entrustment and use]
① For the purpose of providing a photograph data download service
② For the purpose of providing customer service

For the purposes of ① and ②, the below personal information is transfered to photo data download servers.
Photographic data, QR codes and passcodes for download access
* There are cases when the management of the photograph data download servers is entrusted to outside parties.
* In the event a passcode is incorrectly entered, the photograph data cannot be downloaded.

[Age limit]
For children under the age of 12, please use this service with your father or mother.
